Nav station ideas

Just read thru this whole thread am in awe of what you guys have done. My panel is in the galley and batts are in a port locker in front of the sink bulkhead (very inconven).

Hi Dave, So were mine. I relocated the batteries to stbd just forward of the new nav station. I moved the 17 gal. water tank forward in that locker a little bit to make room for the batteries. This way, the big cable runs between the panel & batteries are shorter, (but the runs to everything else are longer since you have to go around and thru the quarter berth.)
