Love my 1989 Oday 35 but we've got some fairly strong off odors up around the sanitary hold tank. Any suggestions? Thanks all!

Thanks, seems to be the consensus. Looks like I have a new project!ChrisP said:On my 34, I replaced all the hoses, head, removed holding tank and cleaned completely. It's been about 5 years with no recurance of odours. Use bleach and top line Hose(white).
Just ordered the book but something tells me I will have to get a clothespin and rip it all out!Shoaldrafter said:On this web site there resides the guru of odors. See:

Chris,
Do you have a brand name on the white line hose?
Trident 101 is what I used and what Head Mistress Peggie recommends. If you're at all concerned with the tank, now is the time to replace it AND go bigger. 13 gallons is just too small for this boat.
Hey Ed just got the book, read it tonight. Excellent! Thanks for the wise advise!...SloopShoaldrafter said:On this web site there resides the guru of odors. See:
