Beautiful. To maintain your boat, if you plan to anchor a lot, consider dissing one of the Danforths and get a real anchor! Really. Try a Manson Supreme.

Looks good mate. It's one thing when you do the hard work, which is always rewarding. But its nice to make a photo log to recall what the before & after images looked like to remind yourself of how much damned work you did to your boat. I made a photo album of our latest refit, a 1980 C 30 on our page. Check it out sometime. We did a lot of the same things, but recovering the interior coushions really makes the boat feel new inside the cabin. You can also place your photots in an album on your personal page on the Catalina owners website. Cheers.

First pic was a little unsafe for the office....not that I'm complaining. Nice work on the boat! I'm making a list of my winter projects now.

Good job

Great job! I just purchased my first boat; 1987 Catalina 27, so I found your upgrades inspirational. My boat is in pretty good shape, but I already have a very long to do list. You mention that you replaced the interior cushions. They look very nice and the fabric looks like the original that I have in my boat too. My cushions condition is good with the exception of holes in two of them. I would like to only replace the side of the cushion where these holes are. Any ideas on finding replacement of the blue fabric they used that year? Thanks:)
