I just installed an LED foredeck light and it MAKES POWER! Yes, it is making electricity! My Victron monitor says so. Turning the light on and the amp draw drops .25 amps. Light off and the amp draw goes up .25 amps. It makes .25 amps!

I know you're hanging on to this idea like dear life itself ................... but have you tried this test with everything OFF except the foredeck light. I want to know if you show +0.25A on your Victron when you turn the light ON.

I dont think so.
I vaguely recall being able to check amp draw of the old bulb via the victron.
If its on the wrong side of the shunt, I suspect it it would not show up at all.

That would be the first thing to check. If the old bulb (I had guessed this was a fresh install) behaves as expected and the new one does not, then the plot clearly deepens.
