first and last time I go to this show. Terrible waste of time and money. Took water taxi from main show to strictly sail and the guy dropped us off 3 blocks away on the north side of AA Arena. People at the main show said we didn't need anything to go from one to the other-wrong you need a wrist band. fortunately I still had the original purchase on my email and showed it to them on my phone. Truly expected a really world class show but it was second tier at best.

THANK YOU!

I've been to the strictly sail at miami marina. while Catalina and Hunter had some small boats, and mid size the majority were over 40... and out of my price range.

btw, that's not a great area to walk around, especially at night. and don't think about parking 3-5 blocks to the west... I don't go there except for sports. use to be homeless lived and owned the parks... built plywood shacks on the water... not sure if that's changed....

the powerboats in marine stadium are new (2nd year). I'm happy to see it being used again, after being abandoned after hurricane andrew ('92).

It wasn't the shit show that was so bad for most last year
But...crowds imho were down and that probably accounted for things working better than show management experteeze
When you read stories like mauruuru directed to the wrong water taxi when trying to go to Bayside
we had to wait 1 1/2 hours at AA arena to get a water taxi sat. morning over to the show ya got to wonder how much longer this show will have an attraction
A vender told me strictly sail will have to move next year out of bayside because of construction and over to the main show
Water taxi from the show back to your particular place was wads better this year than last didn't witness any fist fights
The bridge to biscayne to the show was noticably more open and flowing versus the parking lot look of last year. Took the shuttle from virgina key to the brokerage show and that show was much better than ever.
