Meaning what?

There is a standard and precise procedure, using the mast raising tube (gin pole), the side-stabilizing bridle cables, the jib halyard, and the main sheet block and tackle connected to the eye bolt located in the anchor well. Did you not receive these accessories with your boat? I'm sure Hunter can provide an instruction sheet, as well as any missing equipment. Dale

Don't do it alone

Should you lose your balance or not get it quite right, the mast will come crashing down and rip a big hole in the top of the cabin. Did that. You need a second person, if only for 5 minutes during the critical raising. Snag someone as he walks by, Hey Bub!
