would like to know the mast ht above the waterline for the tall rig, purchased the boat couple monthes ago and have lots of bridges around here with 50 clearance. best I can find out it is 47'10" is that correct?
Take a line and attach it to you main halard pull line up and then measure the lengty. Take a stick or line and measure the distance from the water to the bottom of the mast......add a few feet if necessary for saftey. Add the lenth of youy antenna.
We have an 87 c30 also in Navarre and the book says 47 feet 4 inches. Add on for any equipment ie. windex above that. Your right about lots of bridges, watch out for Ft. Walton.
thanks Connie, where do you keep your boat. I thought I knew most of the sailors here. hope to see you out sometime. I know the FWB bridge is at 48ft sometimes at high tide.
