Mast base leak

Anybody have a solution to stopping leaks into the cabin at the point where the mast is stepped? I'v caulked from inside the cabin where all the wires from the mast come in.

my 29.5 did the same thing. it comes in the wiring conduit. when I had the mast out I added a taller section to the conduit inside the mast and then bent/arranged the wiring so it looked like a drain trap and the water coming down the wiring dripped to the side instead of continuing down the conduit' a little riggers tape at the top of the conduit and problem solved!
