Seaward is still in business, might want to try them. Other alternatives are camping & RV parts and accessories stores. You can try your local natural gas/propane dealer, they can generally order tanks, but aren't usually the cheapest.
I just replaced mine through Seaward. My boat is a 1992 and the new tank doesn't fit in the old box ( a shade taller ) but Seaward sells a new molded top which allows you to use the old box- no mods necessary. Not cheap- I think the tank was around $100 and the lid was $66. If you have the old tank and need a new valve, it can be retrofitted for $25- 40.
