Moonsailer...

our best wishes to you and your wife as you go through this trying period. I had a benign lump removed from a lung two years ago and know the anguish of waiting to find out what the biopsy will reveal.

With colon cancer history in my family, I know how important getting a colonoscopy can be. Everyone on the forum over 50 should get a baseline procedure done so that future "revisits" can determine if there is reason for concern.

WOOOHOOOO two small polyps and they appear benign. We weill get the lab results next week but the Doctor seemed sure that there was no problems and tha she shouldn't need another exam for 10 years. Thanks all I feel much better.

Congratualtions, Moon Sailer & Mrs.

Now all she has to do is spend some time learning to sit down again!

Go sailing, even if she is just fine!

You know, a little dose of your own medicine!:):):)

All the best, we're now looking for cruising logs from you ala Maine Sail and Tim R. and Roger.

Moon, I like your original sentiment about do it now rather than possibly never having the chance. My wife and I are looking into a major life change that we have dreamed of for a while. Unfortunately it may result in less cruising time in Maine:neutral:

Congratulations Moon and best regards to your wife.
Thanks for the reminder I'm overdue for my second one. :ass: Looking forward to it, aw to be able to lie there and shamelessly fart to your hearts content.
They gave me a black and white picture of the small polyp they removed. I made it into a Valentine card for my wife enclosed with: "From the Heart of My Bottom". :D
Now go sailing!
