I have a 1994 42 Hunter Passage. Any tips on removing and replacing the old standard lens? I have already purchased the replacement lens from Hatch Masters.

Check the archives. Enough material on hatch and portlight replacement in there to keep you reading for a month or better.
On my 99 410 the Lewmar old standard lenses where not owner replaceable according to lewmar. I have been told a "shop" could have replaced the old standard one, I'm not sure about that. When you buy the new matching low profile hatches the lens is replaceable, the frame can be unscrewed and taken apart.

Hi Ted, ours remain original, however a bit crazed and have been thinking about replacing. Do you mean the ones in the aft cabin? It seems to me you can unbolt the old lens from the frame hinges and replace with new. Do the new lenses have predrilled holes for the hinges and locking levers?
