Jodi and I seemingly have moved to Texas for the winter; not a bad gig when when both of us now work remotely. Speaking of work; I've got a new gig; VP of Sales and Marketing at Vakaros, the makers of the world's coolest race instruments. Play has now become work! And speaking of play, we get out on the water almost every day. Melges 24, FarEast 28r, Jeanneau 41 Performance, and in this case, BlueJ's big sister, the First 27.7. Just like BlueJ, the breeze hits 20 and she pops up on plane. Good times.

Yea the GoPro on the boom is a fun and easy location to mount. The perspective changes with the wind angle, so it doesn't get boring.

Found my H31 at LCYC and brought it to Kemah (and now NOLA). Canyon lake is a fun place to sail, and YES that ramp is brutal when trying to haul out a boat on a trailer, especially one that draws 5'6". Congrats on the new job and if you have time take in a few of the local Texas wineries in that area. also a good time.
