Totally not dumb....
My sailing friends and I have tossed this question around quite a bit. For the relatively light airs around San Diego and Orange County we feel the most important sail is a medium dacron, or laminate, 150. That's what I use the most. I also have a 110 blade for heavier air and easier single-handing.I would cut one of your 135's down to make the 110 then invest in a high quality 150. That would give you a #1 medium, #2 heavy, #3 heavy, and a storm jib. Maybe the other storm jib could be converted to a storm staysail. Handy sails if you do any cruising.
