Presently I have a snatch block on each side that is snapped to the toe rail. I move it forward or rearward as needed to shape the sail. I probably switch position 5 or 6 times every sail. The problem is going forward and leaning over the life lines to do it. Many people do like the Barber hauler. It's fairly simple. A snatch block on the rail and a block on the end of the line; two blocks and length of yacht braid per side. I'm trying to improve on the control of the Barber hauler. I have a part worked out in my head. Now I have to model it and build it. I'll keep you posted.
