The full owner's manual is on my blog, in the section under "The Boat".
On page 27 of the pdf, there is a table with all of the info you are looking for. The original topping lift was 5/16" line 115 feet long. I replaced that with 115 feet of 3/8" line so it was the same as the halyard so it could be a spare halyard in a pinch.
I used Sta-Set X, reasonably priced low stretch line. I purchased from Rigging Only. Best price I could find on the net. It was about $0.85 a foot.
