Find a good auto seat cover maker (should have experience with boat/cars/planes, etc), he can use the existing cushions as models and make new covers.

Had my interior done for $1500 with Sunbrella materials. See www.fasteddies66.com "Obsession"

Archive check

Hey BB, Check the archives as this subject comes up almost monthly. Catalina does replacements. Send in your old covers (trash the foam)and they'll sew new ones. It's going to run around $2000.00 with shipping. I had mine done several months ago. Catalina mis-quoted me by 6 hundred dollars. When I sent them their own email back with their original quote, they made it right. Grant

Since this is for inside the boat, I would not use Sunbrella. It's great stuff, but is made for use outside, save the extra expense.

My opinion...

The cheapest way is to buy from Catalina. I replaced the cushions years ago on my '77 C30. I did a lot of shopping and concluded the best deal was Catalina. I bought them right off the shelf and they shipped them to me across country in a boat being delivered less than an hour from my house, so no $hipping.

I have found my local auto upholstery guy does an excellent job. I have used him to recover cushions for my last two boats, and am ready to recover the cushions from my cat30 using him. about 1/2 the price catalina charges.
