Installing jib car tracks on the deck

I have installed 2 winches on the cockpit coaming to create 4 winches vs the 2 winches on the deck top.

Now the angle of the jib sheets to the rear winches is incorrect. I have seen the offshore rig on a Hunter 33 with the second set of tracks on the deck. I would like to do the same but it requires going into the head liner to add backing plates and screw down the bolts.

Anyone done this?

As mentioned, a pix helps, but you may have to run your sheets back to a couple of foot blocks (one on each side for each sheet) so that you get the proper lead to the winch (a foot block can be a cheek block or something similar to turn it at the back and lead the sheet forward).
