Is anyone familiar with the blade angle settings (in degrees) for a 3-blade Classic Maxi-prop on a Pearson 332 with a Yanmar 2GM20 engine?

I asume you have recently purchased the boat and it has a Max-Prop.
If so, e-mail or call Fred Hutchison at PYI, Inc and explain your problem. He can run the numbers and make a recommended pitch setting.
You will need to know:
boat description, weight LOA , etc
engine make, number, HP
prop diameter and number of blades
