In mast furling on Catalina 28mkii

I just ordered a Catalina 28 mkii with in mast roller furling. Should get it just in time for the spring sailing season here in the upper midwest. Anyone else out there have a 28 with in mast furling? Curious to see how others like it. I'm sure the boat's performance will be less with this, but I did get a 150 jenny, fin keel, and Maxprop feathering 2 blade prop, which should help the boat's performance. Rob

doesn't look like anyone has responded to you, so I will... we have a 2005 310 with the FR Main, and I LOVE IT! I added the 150 genoa, but have a 3 blade fixed prop...is the boat sluggish...not really. I suppose it IS a bit slower, but I haven't really noticed it... We love no sail covers, simply rolling it out when it's sail time, and simply rolling back in, when it's time to go in. You will love it! Have fun out there!
