He he, yepper, that ol' girl is sitting on the hill here in the Cape Fear. Been on it. Some lady paid ten large for it, and another ten large to get it here, and dropped off of the planet never to be heard from again. While I figured she is still detained at a nut-house or something, no one knows. The lumber ain't bad, but there's not an ounce of caulk left in it. There are two poles that come with it, (aluminum), which is worth more than the entire wooden mess, and it's been plundered pretty much it seems. When asked if I would/could fix it, I said of course. I'll cut it in half and make it ten feet longer if you want; simply start rolling wheelbarrows of money over to my building until it looks high enough and I will start. Poor gal, I've sat in the shade of it many times through the summers.
