That was my fault. I was reading ON/OFF/C and thinking 1/2/C. Technically, your description was fine. DCP (Dual Circuit Plus) is a (Blue Sea) product name, not a boat electrical term. You were showing the 4 posts, so my original interpretation was correct and then I got messed up. That said, you really can't mix the new DCP switch with the original 1/2/B switch. They are oil and water. You have to choose one or the other and if you choose the DCP (that would be my choice), then you really should install the 2 ON/OFF switches for the best installation (you don't have to, but you should). There is a mountain of reading to explain the reason.
