Soon my frind soon.

There is so far only 1 downside. Aft mast needs repaired. Local guy says he can do it but will need replaced if planning to sail in a storm lol.
But no issues with the ending. Witch is 11yrs old kubota with 357hrs. Interior is perfect shape. And everything works. Autopilot. GPS. Depth finder. Everything. Even has good and extra sails!

Crappy pics but hey. Price is right. All it needs is mast repaired. And yes ik a repaired mast is not as strong as sold but it is my option at this time. Even if I dont sail it I atleast want the mast off the deck.

But I have ALOT of bird crap to scrub

Must be a unique boat. An internet search yielded no results.

Be wary, sometimes the most expensive boat is a free one.
Steel hull. Very stable. I slept on her last night. Wonderful. The sound of the waves everything. Except for the damn birds

Includes a small washer/dryer in one. And I have a azimuth 1000 electric compass from another boat I'll add just because.

Apparently the boat was built by a guy that has built several. Including one owned by the father of the guy I got this one from

Well, you have some work to do.

Wood mast?

Steel boats present some unique problems. I'm involved in the finishing/restoration of a steel boat now. One big issue is rust and corrosion in the hull plating. It would be good to set aside some money to have the boat hauled and an ultrasound test. This will determine if any plating needs to be replaced. While it is out, the integrity of the bottom paint and barrier paint can be checked.

This is the boat I'm working on:

Congrats! You're off on your adventure. Keep us up to date.
"...Aft mast needs repair..." Are you saying this is a yawl, ketch or schooner?
