Get one of these ..... snow rake
If you really want to see snow accumulation, Google snow in New Brunswick Canada.... at least you can see your boat and car.![]()
I don't see PFDs... or at least snowshoes....Tsatzsue in 6 feet of water(frozen). Girls are enjoying the swim.
We drive in kph or mph and sail in knots.Hey WayneH,
Thanks for the temp chart in degrees C, but not really necessary.
Most (older) Canadians are ambidextrous. Meaning we can drive at 90 km and 56 mph... at the same time![]()
I hate you. . . No offense. It as so blasted humid last night that we ran the A/C. What a bother!
Yes, Thank You! Around here, the record low temperatures (Friday and Saturday, most recently) will freeze/kill alot of bugs (stinkers) that are normally dormant for the winter.Down here in S Florida... Cant swim with all the pollution, jellyfish and sharks in the water.
Feel better now?

Isn't this how glaciers are born?I hear you about the cold and snow. We did make one HUGE mistake this winter - going for a sail when we were in San Diego last week. We really thought it would help with the "winter blah's" but it had the opposite effect. We are climbing the walls waiting for spring!
It's only 50 days until our club brings in the crane and we supposedly launch all the boats.
But this is what the club looked like yesterday.
Apparently last year they barely made it - the lakes had more ice than usual and stayed cold longer. I've heard that this year the Great Lakes had even more ice than previous years, so who know what that'll do.
