Hey Guys, Our Hunter 386 has a leak in one of our salon windows. See attached. I'm pretty sure this window has no rubber gasket and is placed in using a sealant, but could be wrong. Anyone had any luck at repairing? Looking at it, I'm wondering if I shouldn't have a car window guy come in to do the job. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you just have a leak but the hatch light (it usually is that large hatch light) is otherwise in good condition, remove and replace the Dow Corning 795 caulking in the area of the leak.

See reply #2 for caulking replacement:

This is caulking as opposed to sealant. That occurs UNDER the acrylic.

Looking at it, I'm wondering if I shouldn't have a car window guy come in to do the job.
IF ONLY that were possible, I'd pay any price rather than the problems we have with acrylic. Flat auto glass won't work as the contact surface has a slight curve. All of the hatchlights and portlights are slightly curved, so no cigar :cuss:.
