I used my local boat yard for a new shaft and coupling, and they did the fit and face for me. Turned out very nice.Kloudie, thanks again for the info. I will keep taking pictures…maybe I’ll try my hand at making a video.

Do not know about that company, but the idea is spot on. I recently completed that very thing. Got the 1 3/8" shaft, my prop fitted to the shaft, Split coupler fitted and faced for about 1 Boat buck. When I put it in the boat everything worked as desired.I want to buy the shaft, coupler and have them fitted and faces all at once
