I have a flat, internal track on my mast. It is painted. I thought I had cleaned/lubed it well enough when the mast was down but I guess not. I can't find a commercially available mast cleaner that's actually available and all the articles are for slug style. The flat style of track has three surfaces that need to be cleaned. This presents a bit more of a challenge in my opinion. I have a 3D printer so I can create virtually any object for this application. What has worked for you in the past?

These are from J&B sailmakers, I forget where. They can be used with solvents, Sailkote, or soap and water. Well proven. You just pull them up and down with the halyard and tail. Very fast. A part of my spring cleaning and mid-summer cleaning routine.
I think this is a sewing project, not a 3D printing project. Make a very slightly snug fit; too snug and it may jam.
