I just bought a new pair of American Eagle jeans. I put them on for the first time drive to my boat, go to climb on and a nail on the piling snags and rips them. Good thing rips in jeans are fashionable.
One other story. I tried poilishign the topsides with the maine sail technique. I spent a lot of time with mariginal results, my fault. I put the boat in the water, do a loop by the dock and pull up to tie it up and low and behold a bolt head sticking out on a broken off piling gouges the gelcoat. That one hurt my feelings:cry:
