That would depend a bit on the trailer. You would need to measure it on the trailer to safely judge.

The boat is said to draw 4 feet. The swing keel design gets you to approximately 2 feet draft. Then you have the distance from the water line to the deck say about 3-4 ft. The height of the cabin at least another 2-3 feet. The bow pulpit may be 3-3.5 feet when you include the sweep of the bow.

Spitballing here but I think you would be hard pressed to get it in under a 10ft door on the trailer. You mightt squeeze it in a 12ft door. I'd error on the side of caution and guess 14 feet with the tires inflated on the trailer.

Thank you. I guess what I should have asked i How tall is your Catalina 25 swing keel on the trailer, Mast down?
I do not have a boat yet. I am looking. I have decided due to size, the use I want, what I can tow that the Catalina 25 is the boat I want.
I have a 3,600 sq ft barn with doors 10 tall and 13ft wide. I am hoping she will fit so I have a place to work on her.

The idea is a sound one. The Barn sounds like a great place for winter storage.

I’m just thinking the combo of a specific boat and trailer is what I would look at. Tire size, frame construction, bunker pads and height would all be unique factors allowing or limiting access through your 10ft door.
You may need to dig out the threshold. But that is probably a non starter as the barn is on a slab not a dirt floor.

good luck on your search. The Catalina 25 is a fun boat and would be great on the Colorado Lakes.

As a reference, my O'Day 25 with a shoal keel is about 10.5' tall on it's trailer. You can let air out of the tires to temporarily gain a few inches. Take a tape measure with you the next time you look at one. There's an abandoned C25 in the slip next to me if you need any above waterline measurements

Using this image as a template, I calculate that the height with mast as displayed is +/- 12 ft at the high point. Remove the mast and mast support off the stern and height is +/- 10 ft. Deflate the tires might get you a foot more of clearance, but not recommended. Another possibility is to build a dolly that will support the weight of the boat and roll it in the barn off of the trailer. Raising the bow may gain you 2 feet lower at the stern. If the mast is horizontal to the road then it might be 10~11 feet and raising the bow will drop the stern until you get it in the barn. Then drop the bow and if possible, raise the stern until the bow clears the entrance. Improvise, adapt, and overcome.

For measurements I used Visio software and data about the boat length on deck of 25 ft. I would give or take a foot for error.

I have a 89' Catalina 25 Wing keel (2.9 ft draft) on a Road King trailer with V shaped axels, i.e. very little clearance between bottom of keel and road surface, maybe 16 inches. With mask down across pulpits, I measured 11 ft 7 inches. Remove mask may get you 10 inches. Deflate tires, another 2 inches. It will very close, but I don't think you will be able to make 10 ft.
