I have a really stupid question. I confess, I don't know my sanitation system well enough.
We hauled Bella out last weekend while the weather was still friendly. Normally we pump the holding tank out right there under the crane. This time the sanitation system was either full or not working properly so we weren't able to empty the tank. So now she is sitting on the trailer with an almost full tank. I dumped antifreeze in it so it wouldn't freeze and expand.
I have been trying to find out if my Hunter 30T has a manual discharge. There's a hand pump in the cockpit that I think is part of the system. I pump it a few times and it gets stiff like I'm pumping against a close system. Is this pump part of a manual discharge? Do I have to open up a valve below somewhere? Where does it discharge? I can't find a description in the manual. I would like to empty the tank into some buckets. It should be all liquid. We and the previous owners have never used it for
Thanks in advance.
