We need to get some information on parts in order to make the items you need accessible. (see related post below.) If we can't get the info it doesn't appear we'll be able to offer the parts.ph.
I have a 1980 Hunter 27 with a Renault RC8 dated 1979 on the engine block. I will get you part numbers in a day or so but I would normally need the following for routine maintanence:Water Pump impellerFuel FilterVarious fuel and water hosesand in the event of failure or parts I have previously ordered or known others to need...(knock on wood)Alternator and or brushesStarter Motor & solenoidExhaust ElbowFuel line Lift pumpDipstickInjector
I will need parts. Nothing is broken yet, I don't think. I bought a new starter (aftermarket) recently. I can imagine I would need impellers and general maintence parts. My temp gauge is reading hot so the possibilities are endless. I have a part number manual I got from the guy in Texas if that helps.
My parts list is a poor zerox copy. can provide numbers if needed. Try filters and impellers first. Starters, generators, injectors and the elbow for mixing exhaust and water next. After sixteen years these seem to be the things that will go and or are needed on a regular basis.
One more time for the archives:Belt is AX-38 Dayco "Gold Label" cog belt.My alternator and starter were rebuilt (by a prior owner) by European Auto Electric, Inc. 1-773-929-0413 (a Chicago tele. exchange)Part numbers on impellor and injector (Bosch) to follow....
The small filter on the RC8D is a Purflux C112. Its equivalent is a NAPA3137 or a Baldwin PF 7596. Best bet is to put a big Racor on and then you don't have to worry much about the little one that came with the engine.
