It's in Delaware, Pete
I was curious too so I looked it up on Google Earth. Cape Henlopen is on the western shore at the lower end of Delaware Bay. Cape May, NJ is on the opposite shore. The Cape Henlopen breakwater is visible on Google Earth and shown in detail on NOAA chart 12216 - Cape Henlopen to Indian River Inlet;Breakwater Harbor. There's a ferry terminal and a dredged channel to the south, but it certainly looks like one could anchor out of the way up under the lee of the breakwater.Of course, that's just from looking at the chart. I have no idea what it would be like when the fishermen, crabbers and weekend warrior powerboaters are out in full force.PeterH23 "Raven"
