After sailing my H25 for many years I am trying to configure my sails for heavy weather sailing. Each time I sail in over 20 knots I feel I need a different sail config. I have a reef in the mail but it is very conservative. I am guessing in only reduces the sail to about 90 sq ft. I have a storm sail of 80 sq. ft. I am wondering what others are using on the H25 shoal draft for these conditions. I am considering another reef in the mail and maybe reduction in the storm jib size. Several downwind sail with main only reefed seemed over canvased. Boat seem to need a head sail in all winds except downwind. I see the storm jib size from sailrite is closer to 60 sq ft. Wondering what works for other bear nuckle sailors. Thanks
