I just purchased a 1989 Catalina 30. During the survey we found quite a bit of corossion on the Heat Exchanger. The survey suggested just changing the end caps, however I would feel more comfortable replacing the entire unit. Does this make sense? How big a job is this? What else should be replaced; hoses etc. Any help would be appreciated. The engine is original and is a Universal M-25XP with about 750 hours.
