This is a friendly warning to check your heat exchanger bracket and clamps routinely. Fortuately, we have found our broken bracket and our broken clamps while we were doing routine engine maintenance. One of our friends had his heat exchanger break loose in the Santa Barbara Channel late at night while single-handing down the coast, a bad experience. Chuck
