Head faucet drip

nope. very similar. just have an o ring kit so you have options.

Your faucet may have a cartridge, rather than a washer, although there may be o-rings as part of the cartridge.

This insert no longer avalilbe, search for 2 weeks. The inserts that almost would fit cost $16.
So I replaced the fawcet....$14.

I actually replaced our old one with this. Matched the original and the galley sink faucet.

I’ll bet CY changed it Over the production run. Ours is #31, 2000 vintage.

Neat find, I clicked on the Ambassador Marine name in Amazon and it came up with a lot of plumbing options including the galley too.

I also got a new shower faucet and head from Amazon. Galley sink I only replaced the sprayer and strainer basket. Sort of pricey, but all looks much better than what it replaced.

It’s been a while since I did that, but I also replaced the PVC tubing at the same time. Pretty sure I used pipe thread to barbed hose fittings to make the connection. Bought a bunch of different sizes and configurations (straight and elbow) from Amazon and McMaster. Pretty inexpensive.
