Hi again Patrick!
To restate again, I own a 1989 30(G?). The mast has two sets of base exit blocks. Starboard is for Main and Jib halyards, and port is for spinaker halyard and pole topping lift. Also, my boat is set up with mirror image deck organizers, stoppers/clutch(x3), and winches on the cabin top. The port side third stopper is for the pole downhaul and the starboard one is for a single line reefing system. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with and good luck with the survey. Not to sound condescending, but if you have never been present at the survey, I know the one I attended when buying my Hunter was a great experience. The surveyor give you a different perspective into the boat and being present gives you the piece of mind that the surveyor did a through job for his money. Between the two of you, if you subsequently decide to buy, you should have a pretty through understanding of what condition the boat is in and what you may have to attend or, at least, keep an eye on. Good luck.
