@ice breaker I purchased new relays and a pump I never installed them, seems if I run the genny regularly it would start without issue as long as I preheated for a minimum of 20 seconds prior to starting. The research I have done is pointing to a check valve internal to the pump and the pump is not to bad to get to, so the task is on the off season list. Trouble is I wouldn't be able to prove out the fix until she goes back in the water in the spring.
