when my new Hunter had some spider cracks and the dealer had a pro do it
he used a small grinding tool on the surface and over it with some kind 2 part
west system I think and than sprayed some new gel coat.
Filling them just a short fix.

Not recommended to use epoxy as gelcoat has an issue with it. I'd use polyester. You cannot just cover crazing as they will soon appear. You have to grind them out, glass them up and refinish with gelcoat (or paint, if you are doing a total recoat).
