Morning,
We have a force 10, 3 burner stove, which takes a long time to do anything in the oven. Nozzle is clean. Plate is in place and not bent. Gas pressure is slightly under recommended, 28mb as apposed to 30mb, due to UK regulator. After 30 mins it is at 205 C, and after 51 mins it max's out at 230 C.
Force 10 say this is within parameters, but it is still very slow. Any recommendations???
Also, there appears to be a lot of heat escaping out of the back of the oven. Again I was told this is venting. Anyone used fire proof insulation to try reduce the heat loss, whilst still maintaining the air flow?
Got to try keep my baker happy. A well fed crew is a happy crew.
