I've always heard that the length of the boat * 2 is a good starting point.
I started with 75' for my furling line about 3 years ago. Just this past fall I cut about 10' off and still hang about 8' off the railing when my 135 Genoa is deployed. That works well for me.

The minimum line size I want to handle, by hand and while under load is 5/16" . Other than my jib sheets, which are 7/16", all my lines are 5/16".

Your boat is 30 foot long so when your Sail is fully deployed, you’ll have 30 foot of line in the cockpit, and another 30 feet running along the gunnel of the boat …from the drum of the roller to the cockpit. so you need 60 feet.

If your furler operates satisfactorily & the line only needs replacement, the best method of determining the line length is to simply measure the existing (old) line length. You will purchase the exact amount that you need with no overage and won't come up short!
