That has the look of a ProFurl furler. If that is correct, it has a sealed bearing. The bearings are steel ball bearings and at a machine shop you might be able to open the housing, replace the bearings and reseal the housing. I had this discussion with my rigger 2 years ago. The ProFurl suffers from the housing leaks the bearings wear and not serviceable construction. You can reach out to ProFurl for new bearings, but they are quite expensive.
Last January I sold my working ProFurl used to a guy at a discounted price and replaced it with a Harken. More serviceable and excellent performance.
