Difficulty for some sailors is they are only Great with a 5inch Mounted gun, if they served on a destroyer... the weapon of choice for most of their training.
Of course they are pretty good with all sorts of other weapons...

I'm not great with a gun but don't piss me off when I have a solid brass winch handle in my hand. You could do a lot of damage with one of those.

Those are the 16inch 20 mile range Big Daddy guns on a Battle ship. There is no negotiating with them, strictly offense.
