Found some goodies under the forward section of sole! What are they?

I had exactly the same thing in my Ericson 35. I was afraid it would be a spout of water when I took it out...I braved it and to my joy it was slow trickle of water that came in and I fumbled around a little to find the direction it needed to go the first time. Very uneventful.

Just downloaded to memory and also printed out the manuals for the Depth Sounder and Knotlog!
I just have to be strong and put them away for later.. gotta.. get... some... non-boat stuff done! LOL

yeah... I'm going to head to the Harbormaster's Office later and see if they'll turn down the water pressure in the Bay before I do mine!

I realize no one suggested it here... but I figure what the hey! Better dryer than wetter!
