We have a 2006 H41DS and the forward window (Port & Starboard) have begun to leak. I tightened the Philips head screws on the inner ring and that stopped the starboard one from leaking but the port leak persists. Has anyone with a DS had this problem and been able to resolve it? Looking for suggestions for resolution please.

They probably need to be re-bedded, meaning taken out, cleaned and re-sealed. This is a tedious job but not that hard if you are handy. Otherwise a local shipwright could take care of it. 16 years.... thats pretty good durability.

Looking at an image of a 2006 41DS forward window it has similarities to my windows.

Mine have laminated glass attached to the aluminum frame. The frame is set in a hole and sealed to the boat by either butyl tape or 4000UV adhesive caulk.

I took my window frames to an auto glass shop to replace the glass and properly reseal the glass in the frames. I have the windows back at the boat, and I now have to prep the boat decks to reinstall the windows.
