Older force 10 2 burner oven in 2004 Hunter 41. Both burners work fine, and the spark in the oven is there, but I can’t get it to light. The control knob pushes in to create the spark, but will not turn at all. Suggestions or thoughts ?

I have a 3 burner F10. It can be taken apart and rebuilt. I was having a problem lighting the burners. Removed each burner. Cleaned them. They light up without issues.

As jssalem says, the valve/igniter can be serviced somewhat. Most of those here in the USA are made by Robertshaw; Force 10 just buys the part from a manufacturer who's done the certification. Most of the time, the igniter is a separate part from the thermostatic valve. Get a number off the part and search .. if ya don't want to DIY it , you can remove the whole stove and take it to a shop that services gas appliances; sometimes an RV/motorhome shop can point you to such a shop. I had a similar issue with a Buddy Heater. I took the valve apart, found that the part that turns had sort of seized to the body. Some lube and light tapping freed it. I cleaned an re-assembled. Worked well after that
Thanks for all the advise. Was able to deal with it easily by just spraying some lithium grease into the valve - just removed the knob and shot it in, then wiggled it gently back and forth with a set of pliers on it until it rotated freely - thanks all
