Joe, That picture that Allan posted is a good option for replacement since you can use the old interior trim. There have been some great posts about how to properly install those outer windows.. MaineSail and Roger Long have posted some really good pictures of how to .. Roger has a source that can provide the new plexi, cut to the correct size .. The guidance for external mounted plexi has been: Use Butyl tape (or Dow 795) about 1/8" thick and hard spacers inside in a few places to keep the window from squashing out the sealant.. Countersink the holes in the cabintop for better sealing and oversize-drill the window holes to allow for movement without cracking the windows. Don't use countersink screws on the windows, again, to let the pane move a little without cracking. I haven't seen a 34 with one glass covering both ports, but in that dark tint, it looks OK..
