I have a lot of tlc to do on my First 38 amongst which is laquering in the cabin.

The teak in the cabin has two colors.
Do you know if the two colors come from two different kinds of wood?

Or did Beneteau tint the teak before laquering?

My F38 is uniform color. Your photo looks like the difference between the solid wood and plywood, which are probably different subspecies. You could probably force them closer together with some sanding, teak stain, and finish.

As you see in this picture the colordifference is quite significant. Aren't the walls made of plywood-teak? Or maybe the walls are another kind of wood, and the wood on edges i pure teak?

I am just wondering whether I'll get back to the original colors if I sand the scratched areas and laquer them without using tint.
But of course it is just to give it a try some place and see..

I read somewhere that Beneteau mixed teak and rosewood on some boats and I think some of the rounded corner trim on mine may be rosewood. The side wood of my First is the same color as yours but my bulkhead is darker than yours and closer to the side color. Not sure what that tells you but thats the way it is.

Beneteau recommends Miniwax golden oak (I know, strange) to touch up scratches in their OEM two-part varnish. They used no tint. I have found this works well.

On my boat I have several places, where I need to go back to plain wood, or have scratches that are down to plain wood.

Have you also used it on plain wood?

I ask, because I have to import the golden oak from the states to Denmark.

Yes, the 'golden oak' stain colors the bare wood to match the color of the OEM clear finish on surrounding undisturbed finishes. Then you just match the proper polyurethane sheen to finish. I would think that you could match the Minwax stain with a locally available wood stain.
