The Admiral and I are planning our first out-of-the-river excursion. We are planning to sail over to Fairlee Creek on the Md. Eastern Shore,Leave Md. Marina around noon, stay Sunday night only. I am aware that weekends are crowded, but we have never been there, want to see it, not much chance of missing the Eastern Shore if I head east, favorable south winds next 2 days. I have heard that a shuttle dinghy will bring you in to the restaurant (or marina) if contacted on the radio. Is this true?, If not ,do we have a prayer of any pier space for dinner/late lunch.? Not much room on P18 for a dink or kayak.... Any other advice? We will have earplugs, bugscreen, proper pillows, learned last summer the hard way
