Exhaust manifold part #

I was wondering if anyone knew the part# for a 5411 exhaust manifold? Its raw water cooled and the temp is going steadly up (180) I have heard of them being boiled or acid washed but cant find any info on it.coles/v Bobs degree

Try this first

You might want to try a couple of things first. Hook up a hose to the outlet and backflush. If you use a pistol-grip type nozzle you dan pulse it for a "water hammer". You can also probe with a wire into the passages without removing the manifold and clean out the crud. Unbolt the thermostat housing for access. Mine was clogged right at the thermostat housing connection.

very cheap to fix

I had the same problem and mine was pluged solid. I took it off and went to a radiator shop and the boiled it out for a day and a half. works great now. A new one cost around 600.00 can and I got it boiled out for 70.00 can. a very easy fix.
