I've just purchased a stainless steel exhaust flap assemply to replace the broken plastic one. The new unit has 3 mounting holes in the flange. Should I thruoght bolt the unit to the hull or will screws and 3M's 5200 do the job?
i was taught a saying that has stayed with me forever. nails are good swrews are better but bolts are best. i would love to hear your progress as i have the part in hand but i can't seem to find the best egress to the repair. please let me know how you did it. patrick boole. polox@aol.com
